Content Turn Around Time:

Photography: An online album to select the photos you would like retouched is sent out within 72 hours from session. Retouched images and BTS clips are delivered 5 - 15 business days from session. We strive to get your content to you ASAP.

Videography: Edited video clips are delivered 10 - 15 business days from session.

Podcast: Edited podcast are delivered 10 - 15 business days from session. Raw audio and video files will be delivered within 72 hours from booked session.

deposit/payment/refund:

A deposit is required for some packages (subject to change). The deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the booked session.

Studio rentals including non-edited podcast sessions must be paid in full to book. Payment is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the booked session.

Deposits can be paid through Zelle, Cash App, or credit/debit card through Stripe or via an emailed invoice.

Remaining balance and full payments can be made through cash in person, Zelle, Cash App, or credit/debit card in person, through Stripe or via an emailed invoice.

Rescheduling:

Booking can be rescheduled twice at no additional cost. Any additional rescheduling are subject to a charge. For rescheduling or cancellation, please contact us.

Moodboards:

Want to shoot but don’t have a creative direction? We will create a mood board for you!

late policy:

Please note that your scheduled time is the dedicated window allotted for your shoot, as there may be other bookings immediately following yours.

We always strive to work efficiently; however, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we highly recommend rescheduling. The first reschedule will be offered at no additional cost. Any subsequent reschedule will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

In the event that no booking follows your session, we may be able to extend your time. Please note that any extension beyond 10 minutes will incur an additional fee.

Liability & Damage Policy: 

By booking or using Korrfocus Studio, LLC (“the Studio”), you (“the Renter”) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding liability, damages, and responsibility for all persons present during your rental period.

Liability Waiver:

Korrfocus Studio, LLC and its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Renter, the Renter’s clients, guests, models, or associates during the rental period—whether on the premises or during activities related to the session. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safety, conduct, and actions of all individuals they bring into the Studio.

Third-Party Interactions:

Korrfocus Studio LLC is not responsible for disputes, issues, or claims that may arise between the Renter and their clients, models, collaborators, or third parties using the Studio during the rental period. The Studio’s role is solely as a rental space provider.

Acceptance of Terms:

By completing a booking and/or entering the Studio premises, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Liability & Damage Policy, and Late/Cancellation Policy in full.
